October '09
On Sunday the 11th of October the 4th walk of the Perrovrienden took place. This
time on the beach of IJmuiden. Unfortunately the wheater was dreadfull that day
!! The dogs enjoyed themselves however any way!!

October '09
Friday the 2nd of Oktober Macha (daughter of Shira) gave birth to 5 beautiful
puppies(2 males and three bitches). The owners, Andries and Hilda Hoekstra are
keeping on of the females. Next to that one of the males and one of the females
is going to live in Finland. The other two puppies are staying in Holland.
Father of this litter is our Dutch Champion
Chulo.

October '09
On the 4th of October on the Int. Hondententoonstelling in Zwolle Leona became
Best of Breed.
August '09
On the 31st of August our Dutch Champion and Winster 2004
Shira had given birth to
7 beautiful puppies. The company exists out of 2 black males, 2 black bitches
and 3 braun bitches. Our own Chulo is father of this litter.
August '09
On the 30th of August is Chulo on the Int. Dogshow in Rotterdam by the Spanish judge Mr. C. Fernandez Renau
proclaimed as Best of Breed. Through this Chulo is now a Dutch Champion
!!
August '09
On the 17ht of August Chulo became for the
first time dad. The mother of this litter is Zorazza
Sopresa Nordica. The puppies are born at the kennel
Ratna-Sambhava
April '09
19th of April we had the third walk of the Perrofriends. Just like the other
ones this walk was a big succes. After walking around the lake we had a drink at
the terras of Pitch & Putt.
November '08
Chulo became first in the Open Class males at the Winner in Amsterdam. He became
reserve Champion overall and with that he got the res. CAC / CACIB.
October '08
On sunday the 19th of October we had another "Perrowalk", this time in Appelscha.
It was a great succes, 65 people and 39 perro's were present and even the
weather was beautifull.
September '08
Chulo became BOB (Best of Breed) on the international dogshow in Zwolle (NL).
In Group 8 he became 6th !!
We are veru proud with this result !!
August '08
walk of the "Perrofriends" (www.perrovrienden.nl) on the 17th of August at the Biesbosch was very cosy and a big succes.
June '08
Yerba, the mother of Shira and the grandmother of
Leona has finally arrived at out home. We now have 3 generations walking around in house :-)
Ofcourse she has her own page at "our dogs".
May '08
Macha (daughter of Shira) gave birth to 7
puppies.
There are 3 males and 4 females.
Macha is the dog of Gelt his brother Andries.

April '08
Shira gave birth to 7 beautifull puppies at the 11th of April.
There are 5 females and 2 males.
On the page "puppies" are pictures and video's.
We kept one puppie ourselves, Leona.
All the other puppies are allready at their new homes.
April '08
Léon Left to Sweden. He will be used there for breeding and he is listed to the
worlddogshow in Stockholm. We will certainly going to miss this golden dog !!
April '08
In Vianen was a day for professional dog groomers. We were invited there to tell
about how to take care of the coat of a Spanish Waterdog (left picture). The
theme was "from the past to the future". There was a cordpoodle, the only one in
the Netherlands (middle pictures). Also there was a poodle which got groomed as
maybe in the future will be...?? (right picture).
March
'08.
We went to the vet with Shira to make an ultrasound. She mated with Léon February the 10th, so we are 30 days later now... The ultrasound showed she is pregnant and we saw at least 4 puppies !!
Now waiting untill the puppies will be born...!!
Januari ´08: From the media
Foundation Service Dogs is a specialized training institute where dogs are trained to help people with a handicap. These dogs are lend to handicapt people with no charge.
The owners of the Spanish Waterdogkennel Del Alto Norte (www.spaanse-waterhond.nl) are so fond of this idea, they decided to sponsor the complete team.
December '07. Romi at the Winner in Helsinki, Finland.
Romi became second at the Winner in Helsinki in the juniorclass males. In his class competed 5 dogs. Just one dog was a little bit better then Romi, but he was allready European Junior Winner. A very good score for this young 'Del Alto Norte'-male !! We congratulate the owners with this fantastic result !
December '07. Macha at the Winner in Amsterdam.
Macha became first at the Winner in
Amsterdam in the open class. She got the reserve CAC/CACIB.
In total she has got 2 3/4 points for becomming Dutch Champion.
September '07. Chulo, our new dog.
During our holiday in Spain we saw and bought Chulo. Unfortunally our flight was completely full and we couldn't take him home with us directly. In the beginning of Septmeber Gelt went back to Spain to pick him up. More about Chulo on his own page, which you can find under "Our dogs"
Augustus '07. Holidays in Andalucië (Spain).
And ofcourse we visited the working trials there!

Int.Working Trials 2007
August '07. The next International Working Trials in Spain are held on
the 11th and 12th of August. As you can see we are on this years poster of the
trials. We are now famous in Spain and abroad
Of course we are going to the
trials this year again, but this time not to compete. For more information about
the trials you can take a look at the site of the
Spanish Waterdogclub. Soon more about the trials of
2007 on our site !!
May 2007; Macha (daughter of Shira) became
a
TV personality. She competed with 1600 other dogs for the titel 'cutest dog of
the Netherlands'. She ended on place 72 !!
Even Bridget Maasland (a famous dutch anchor) was really fond of Macha (& Macha's house-mate Brendo).

April 2007; Izzarra (daughter of Shira) became Swedish Champion !!!
December 2006; Coca (Hihurg de Ubrique) is shown by us for the first time in the Netherlands. This was on the Winner 2006.
Coca became best open class bitch and got the reserve CAC. Because the winning bitch allready was a Dutch Champion, Coca got her first 2 points for the Dutch Championship.
Augustus 2006; At the working workingtrials in Arcos de la Frontera, Spain, we get an excellent result with our 2 Dutch dogs !! Shira becomes overall workingchampion 2006 and Chico becomes reserve champion !!

Maart 2006; At the international show in Zuidlaren, Shira gets her fifth CAC. Because she is over 27 months of age now, she is Dutch Champion with this result !!
